PNW is the association of M.J. Pelinck (until 1 Januari 2024), Mr. W. Nijssen B.V. and M.B. Weijers and is the name under which they practice law. Any client assignment is accepted by any one of them individually and under the applicability of the general conditions of PNW.

Pelinck (until 1 Januari 2024) and Weijers are attorney at law and as such members of the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten). PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

The partners of PNW are insured for professional liability with CNA Insurance Company Ltd. The insurance policy provides for a coverage of €2.500.000 per event, with a maximum of €5.000.000 annually and subject a €2.500 excess (‘own risk’).

The general conditions provide for a limitation of liability to the amount that will be paid out under the insurance, plus the own risk amount.
